Systematic support for the popularization of research and development at the UWB

Annotation:

The aim of the project was the systematic development of the activities of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in the field of popularization of science and its results, both in the form of events for primary and secondary school students, professional and the general public in the form of lectures, which presented the latest findings of research and development from leading experts. The project sought to systematically grasp and cover the applicant's current activities: it followed up on events such as Science and Technology Days, organized since 2006, the JuniorFEL summer suburban camp, the OPVK SCICOM project, which included education in science communication or interdisciplinary seminars (since 1999). At the same time, it sought to constitute new activities that would positively influence the development of scientific disciplines and the implementation of R&D projects, including R & D & I.
