Region of talents: Techmania talent

Annotation:

This activity aims to support, and lead young talents and their projects. The project responds to the lack of opportunities for the development of gifted students in the region. The priority goal of the project is to support the activity of talented and thoughtful high school students. A talent competition will be organized within the project, from which 3 projects will be selected. Techmania Science Center will offer selected students its background, support, and guidance under a professional lecturer in the field (especially in natural sciences and technical fields). Techmania already has experience in this area, as in previous years it has already implemented a similar project, Techmania Talent.

Selected students will gain knowledge and experience with project management and implementation in practice. Experience with putting the project into practice will be especially valuable. The mentor will help the student to think about his intention in a broader context, both professionally and managerially.
