Mobility of TSC employees in the Erasmus + program

Annotation:

The aim of the project is the participation of a team of Techmania Science Center staff in scientific conferences, courses, and job shadowing in other science centers. Participation in professional conferences will strengthen the competencies of TSC staff and improve the quality of educational services provided to visitors across various target groups. It will also improve cooperation with schools, universities, and research organizations in projects focused on technology transfer, science communication, and support for innovative forms of education. During job shadowing, our employees will develop professionally in relevant organizations abroad. They will gain new experience and scientific knowledge, which can be further applied in various science center programs.
