The aim of the project Support for the Development of the Study Environment at the UWB is to increase the quality of the educational environment by modernizing and supplementing university equipment. It is mainly the modernization of computer and language classrooms, study rooms, lecture halls, university libraries, etc. The project has a direct link to teaching and a direct impact on undergraduate students (the target group of the project). The implementation of the project will significantly contribute to the modernization of the UWB teaching environment.
Techmania is a partner in the project, engaging its activities in activity F: Strategic setting and development of popularization of research and development.
This activity aims to improve communication in the field of R&D towards effective communication of excellent results of science at the UWB and to increase the attractiveness of scientific work, especially to increase students' interest in studying scientific disciplines. Over the course of 4 years, TSC will prepare and implement educational programs for schools, guided tours, and scientific roadshows at schools. It will also cooperate with the UWB on the exhibition, preparation of new exhibits, and the marketing strategy of popularizing R&D.
