The project focused on the development of human resources for research and development. The main activities were the creation and implementation of an educational modular program focused on communication about science and the results of research and development (science communication). The project combined and connected two main components - strengthening the competencies of researchers and students in the field of communication about science and systematic work with those interested in scientific research - high school students.

TSC played a crucial role in the activity “Development of methodology and educational module of science communication”. Furthermore, in cooperation with other partners, it provided the Activity of Systematic Work to those interested in scientific research - high school students. It played a significant role in arranging the annual conference on Science Communication.

Within the sustainability of the project, the website www.scicom.cz was also created. Its goal is to keep the general public, and especially pupils and students, interested in science and research. The website will provide information on events in science, and the success of scientific teams in the Pilsen Region and the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the Science Communication conference was held in 2014 - photo documentation from the conference is available at www.scicom.cz.

Techmania Science Center also offered several seminars focused on science communication.

As part of systematic work with secondary school pupils, the following programs were also offered and successfully attended by school groups:

Let's shine a light on it - a program in the field of optics,

Touch the electricity! - the program introduces students to electricity,

The mystery of the machine - students get playfully acquainted with a number of physical phenomena.

Techmania also organized various interactive workshops for school groups and families with children.
