Children’s Group

Annotation:

The project aims to build a children's group with a capacity of 24 children aged 3 to 7 in the Techmania Science Center.

As part of the project, a classroom for a children's group will be newly built directly in the Science Center building. The class will be modern and comfortably managed and thanks to the location it will be possible to make full use of the facilities of the Science Center. The quality of food for children will be ensured by Techmania’s own restaurant. The children's group will use its fenced garden for its outside activities.

The children's group program will focus on 3 basic directions: polytechnic education, English language, and physical education.

The teaching of polytechnics in a children's group will be ensured through regular visits to the Science Center, laboratories, and workshops, children will also perform experiments with Techmania edutainers, the focus will also correspond to equipping the class with state-of-the-art polytechnics kits.

English will be taught in the children's group in the form of the Helen Doron curriculum. Each child will receive teaching materials and the teaching will take place as follows: Each child will be taught once a week by a trained teacher of the Aqap language school in a group of up to 6 children and once a week the whole children's group will be taught. The teaching staff will also be linguistically equipped.

Physical education will be included in the daily program of the children's group, once a week the children will also have physical education with a specialist in the field of PE.
