All screenings are included in the basic ticket price. Reservations are only used if you want to secure certain seats for a specific screening.
How to reserve seats for a screening at the 3D Planetarium?
- Select a screening according to the current programme.
- Book your seats at the Techmania reception during your visit or on the e-shop at least 30 minutes before the film starts.
- The cinema will be open for you 15 minutes before the screening starts.
- In case of late arrival you will not be allowed to enter the cinema!
- Teachers with a teaching certificate
- Children up to and including 3 years of age
- Accompanied by a disabled person/P
Admission for school groups
What can you experience on a school trip to the Techmania Science Center?
As part of your ticket, you and your students will have a self-guided tour of the exhibits in the Techmania building, as well as the Space exhibit in the Planetarium building. In addition to the exhibit tours, you can also attend one of our school programs, watch a movie screening in the 3D Planetarium or 3D Cinema, or both, free of charge. The date and the specific program or film must always be booked in advance. A selection of programs by date for booking is available on our e-shop . However, we are happy to help you plan your visit, so please feel free to contact us by email or phone.
In addition, we offer an accompanying programme every day without reservation, which you will come across in the exhibition halls. These include science shows, busking or demonstrations of exhibits.
We also support visits paid for by the OP JAK project. Please do not hesitate to contact us for the procedure of the project visit.

The final amount will always be adjusted according to the actual number of pupils who arrive. So you don't have to worry about having to pay for group members who you have pre-registered but they didn't arrive.

Permanent tickets
Unlimited admission to the Techmania Science Center for the duration of the season pass.
Techmania Club membership, which includes:
- free admission to events held at the Techmania Science Center
- Priority invitations from the newsletter (e.g. camps, clubs, events, etc.)
- Borrowing any book from the Techmania Book Store
1 year from issue
- rounded to whole months
- e.g. if you purchase a season ticket on 10 January 2025, the validity is from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
- validity cannot be extended
