New exhibition: a sustainable world

For several years now, the Pilsen Science Centre has allowed its visitors to enter the fun world of science, where they learn about the laws of physics and discover the world around us in a playful way. Now, the former production hall of the Škoda factories houses more than 400 interactive exhibits, and soon they will be joined by a completely new one.
The forthcoming exhibition will focus on the evolution of our world so far and show visitors how their behaviour is reshaping the environment around them. Visitors will also engage all their senses as they explore it - they will be able to see, hear, touch and feel how our planet is being shaped and even influence its development through their actions.
The new Sustainable World exhibition aims to introduce the pressing issues of today's world to the general public in a playful and light-hearted way. Visitors will not be presented with catastrophic scenarios; instead, they should relax and feel comfortable in the exhibition space thanks to the sounds of nature, lighting elements and specific smells. The individual exhibits are intended to awaken people's curiosity and show them how their decisions can affect everything.
